Amarina Hotel

The Amarina opened in July 2004 and is a tribute to the perseverance and faith of one woman, Yvonne Ross, who caused it to rise along an untouched sandy beach at the end of a rudimentary road abandoned since the departure of the French. At a forgotten corner of the world, she created a luxurious small resort hotel, with fine food, elegant furnishings and a wide range of facilities.

Chanty Beach Hotel
Chanty beach is a charming and quiet sea front holiday resort comprising a magnificent Creole style mansion and a neighbouring bungalow, situated in a well established and treed garden on a palm covered sandy beach. It is located about 5 km north of the small town Dzamandzar and opposite the island of Sakatia.

The German owner and his wife themselves take care of their guests. Chanty beach offers relaxation in a friendly and tropical home away from home and is a paradise for your holiday . We speak English, French and German.

Hotel de Charme Vanivola
The Vanivola is located on an idyllic beach on the southwest corner of beautiful St. Marie Island, also called Nosy Boraha. Hundreds of years ago, this island was haven to pirates, and there is even a cemetery history minded guests can visit that attests to this.

The hotel is located close to the city center of St. Marie, which is perfect for shopping excursions and mingling with the locals.

The entire island is open to exploration by car, bike, motorcycle, or on foot. It is a great way to see the unique flora and fauna that make up the island. Guests who come to the hotel from July to September might even be lucky enough to spot whales basking just off shore in the Indian Ocean.

Hotel La Petite Traversee, which has been completely renovated in 2006, is a small and very neat hotel/lodge located on the northern shore of the island and offers comfortable accommodation in neat Malagasy-style en-suite chalets. Princesse Bora Lodge
Nestled amongst a grove of coconut palms and facing a picturesque Indian Ocean lagoon is the Princess Bora Lodge. The 15 villas, each denoted by the figurine of a different tropical fish, were created in harmony with the surrounding land and gardens. This shows true love and respect for the island and its flora and fauna.

The Princess Bora Lodge always has something fun or relaxing for its guests. The white sand beach is always a hit with guests, whether they want to swim, walk along the shore, or bathe in the sun. Guests can even walk out onto the wooden pontoon that is in the lagoon to get closer to the water without ever getting wet. Snorkelers and Divers will have a great time exploring the coral reefs and getting up close and personal with some of the sea life, including turtles and dolphins.
